Once you have sent your initial enquiry via email, I endeavor to contact you within 48 hours to confirm your initial consultation or appointment, and provide you with all the information you will need, including your secure Microsoft Teams link.
I kindly ask that all payments are made before the day of our appointment to secure your slot using the details in the confirmation email.
Your initial consultation will be £60, and all sessions thereafter will be £70.
If you'd prefer to commit to a short-term block of sessions, I offer a 6-session package for £420 (weekly sessions). This can support you in settling into therapy and exploring a particular theme or relational pattern with more focus and consistency.
In your consultation appointment, we will have 50 minutes to talk about your past and present experiences, your mental health history, anything you may wish to bring to therapy, and how we can work together towards achieving your goals.
You will have the opportunity to ask any questions during this time, before having time to think about whether you would like to arrange a time and day for weekly appointments.
Should you decide you would like us to work together, I will send you a reoccurring Microsoft Teams link (GDPR compliant) which you will be able to use for all future appointments. I will also send you a copy of our therapeutic agreement, and payment information.

All sessions are offered remotely, for anyone in the UK interested in learning more about themselves.
Our initial consultation will allow us to explore your previous mental health history, previous or current presenting difficulties, and your goals for therapy. It will also allow you to ask any questions you may have about working with me, and see whether I am the right therapist for you.
This may seem daunting at first, however think of it as an informal chat . Remember this will be a safe, non-judgemental space.
