My initial consultations are 50 minutes long, and allow us to discussed in depth about why you would like to begin therapy, what your goals are, and whether I am the right therapist for you. It will also provide you with the space to ask any questions you might have.

Individual therapy will take place online, for 50-minutes, either weekly or fortnightly. There is no time limit on how long we can work together.
I provide a safe, relaxed space for you to speak open and honestly about any thoughts or feelings you might be experiencing. I am a straight talking therapist, and incorporate humour into my sessions, and I pride myself on building secure, long-lasting therapeutic relationships with my clients, which is one of the biggest contributing factors for actually facilitating positive change (see my review page for real client reviews on their experience with me)
