I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist which basically means I don't work from a one size fits all approach. I tailor my way of working so that YOU get the support you need and deserve. I work online with clients based in the UK.
I offer a warm, confidential space for people in their late 20's to 40's to explore challenges around attachment, trauma, relationships, and self-worth. So whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or just unsure where to start, I am here to walk through this with you and help you to make sense of your experiences, resulting in long-lasting change.

I have studied Psychology and Integrative Psychotherapy for 6 years, and I am qualified to masters level. I have almost 10 years of experience working in various mental health settings such as inpatient hospitals and community services. I am passionate about supporting others to live more intentionally and making long lasting changes.
I offer a safe, containing space for clients just like YOU to better understand your experiences, re-establish emotional and relational safety, and help you learn the tools and skills to overcome adversity or general challenges in life.
