Hi, I'm Hannah! I work primarily with people who would describe themselves as self-aware, but seem to keep repeating the same patterns that leave them feeling stuck. I want you to know that I hear you, and I personally know what it's like to have experienced relational trauma and the effects of feeling uncertain, confused and weary of trusting again.
This the work I love doing, so you don't have to do it alone.
I've spent the last 10 years working in various mental health services, and the past 6 years working with people who have experienced relational trauma, and have relational wounds either from childhood or within romantic relationships. People often describe struggling with unhelpful patterns, fear of intimacy or abandonment, low self-worth or the uncertainty of how to feel more secure within their relationships (and yes that includes the relationship you have with yourself!)
I see you for who you are, and hold a compassionate space for change to occur. I walk alongside you to show you that safe relationships are possible.
I have been where you are, contemplating taking the next step to start therapy, so I'm here to reassure you that it could be one of the best decisions you ever make.

I have studied Psychology and Integrative Psychotherapy for 6 years, and I am qualified to masters level. I have almost 10 years of experience working in various mental health settings such as inpatient hospitals and community services. I am passionate about supporting others to live more intentionally and making long lasting changes.
I offer a safe, containing space for clients just like YOU to better understand your experiences, re-establish emotional and relational safety, and help you learn the tools and skills to overcome adversity or general challenges in life.
