Now taking on new clients for REFLECT AND RESET - Personalised Email Support
So you've tried all the self-help books, listened to the podcasts, learned the coping techniques, probably tried therapy before, and yet somehow you're still feeling stuck and not sure what else to do. Reflect and Reset can offer you the structured support you might be missing, without the overwhelm of weekly sessions. Alternatively, you might be on a waiting list for therapy, or want to see what therapy is all about!
Reflect and Reset might be the perfect plan for you if:
🪶 You're looking for a lighter, more flexible approach but still with the professional, therapeutic input
💭 You're curious about therapy, want clarity around repeating patterns, but don't want to commit to weekly sessions
📝 You process things better through writing, and love the idea of having space to reflect rather than feeling like you're being put 'on the spot'
💻 You want guidance that you can reread on your own time, save, reflect on, and come back to when you need it
❤️🩹 You're going through something tricky, and you want a therapist in your corner, but don't need long term support
✨ You have recently enquired or we haven't been able to find a 1:1 slot that works, but you're still wanting an accessible way to work with me!

Therapy isn't always easy to commit to - maybe it feels too much financially, practically, or emotionally right now. I created Reflect and Reset to give people the opportunity to gain clarity in a way that's structured and supportive, without the commitment of ongoing therapy. For when you want to pause, make sense of your patterns, and find a clearer way forward.

No - Reflect and Rest is short-term, structured email support. You'll still get therapeutic depth and reflection, but the format is different: one consultation plus 6 weeks of email support. It's designed for people who want meaningful insight and guidance without committing to weekly therapy. It's not designed to be a 'cheaper' alternative to therapy, as you're still receiving the same dedication, commitment, thoughtfulness and consideration each week.
That's definitely an option. I've found most people use Reflect and Reset as a stepping stone into full therapy. If, at the end of the 6 weeks, you'd like to continue, we can explore moving into online sessions together.
You'll write to me once a week, sharing your reflections, struggles, or questions. Within 72 hours, I'll send a thoughtful, structured, therapeutic reply. This might include insights into your patterns, reflective prompts, or psychoeducation.
You can write as much as feels useful to you - most people write between 400-600 words (about 1-2 pages), but there's no strict limit. The idea is to give you space to reflect, without worrying about "getting it right". Some people find it helpful to email on a set day, for more structured support so you know when to expect a reply.
This plan isn't a crisis service. If you're in immediate distress, you'll need to contact your local crisis team or emergency services. Email replies are not instant messaging - you'll receive one reply each week, within 72 hours of sending your email.
