You struggle with not feeling good enough, feelings of failure, burnout, overachieving, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, or place high expectations on yourself.
You have a tendency to people please, or find it difficult to communicate / express your feelings with others.
You have difficulties within your relationships, or find yourself following the same patterns when dating.
You worry about being abandoned or rejected by your partner, and behave in unhelpful ways to compensate for this (such as getting overly jealous, or avoiding having difficult conversations).
You want to generally improve your overall wellbeing, and work towards becoming the most authentic version of yourself.

Group therapy promotes socialisation and communication, and helps you to develop a sense of belonging, and to see that you are not alone. It can increase your connection with others whilst receiving support and feedback from peers in similar situations, reducing feelings of shame and isolation.
Group therapy also offers you the opportunity to hear and be heard, acknowledge other peoples perspectives, and cultivate a sense of understanding and compassion.
It can help you to become more self-aware, gain confidence in expressing your emotions with others, and improve your communication.
Overall, you will gain a level of self-awareness and understanding, ultimately improving your relationship with yourself and with others.

New clients that don't already work with me are invited to a free 20 minute consultation to assess your needs and suitability for the group prior to starting.
Any clients that are currently working with me are welcome to join group therapy alongside their individual sessions.
The group sessions will be held on Microsoft Teams twice a month, therefore you will need a stable internet connection, and access to a safe and quiet place to maintain confidentiality. A link will be sent out once your space has been confirmed.
Membership to the group is ongoing, and you can attend for a long as you like. When someone decides it is their time to leave, their spot may be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
The group will consist of no more than 6 members, and will be facilitated by myself on the first and third Wednesday of every month, 7pm - 8:30pm (UK TIME)
As a group, we will identify some rules and values to which we will follow, to ensure that everyone feels heard and respected.
This investment is £40 per 90 minute session and will run on the first and third Wednesday of every month.
The group is ongoing, therefore you can still register your interest below, and will be notified when a space becomes available.
